Vibe offers a variety of meeting and event spaces that are perfect for happenings large and small, from board retreats and hackathons, to intimate small group workshops.

While members enjoy free conference room hours and discounted rates, our meeting rooms and event spaces are available to everyone for private rentals during business hours, in the evenings or on weekends.

The Pitch Deck

Perfect for small group brainstorms, interviews and webinars. The Pitch Deck features a full floor-to-ceiling white board wall, white board table (yes, really!), a 55” Apple TV for easy presenting, and a webcam.

The Rebel Room

The room of choice for team gatherings, presentations and small group workshops. The Rebel Room features two full floor-to-ceiling white board walls, in-table power, a 60” fully adjustable Apple TV for easy presenting, and a webcam.

Members: $35/hour after free credits are used; $10/hour additional after hours for non-key holders
Non-members: $40/hour M-F 8am - 5pm; $50/hour after 5pm, or on weekends

The Hive

The ultimate spot for board meetings, training sessions and workshops. The Hive is guaranteed to impress with a full-length, floor-to-ceiling white board wall, 65” fully adjustable Apple TV for easy presenting, in-table power, and a webcam.

Seats up to 16 table-side

Members: $40/hour after free credits are used; $10/hour additional after hours for non-key holders
Non-members: $45/hour M-F 8am - 5pm; $55/hour after 5pm, or on weekends

The Summit

Simply unbeatable training and event space for groups of up to 60 people. Flexible furniture arrangements, loads of natural light, operable windows, adjacent breakout rooms, a large outdoor deck and full kitchen access.

Additional amenities include an overhead projector, screen, microphones, speaker, coat and locker room, private phone booths and a mother’s lounge.

Members: Starting at $137/hour
Non-members: Starting at $165/hour

Two hour minimum on all Summit Space rentals

Booking meeting space At Vibe Coworks is simple.

Here’s how.

  1. Create your free account.

  2. Check the availability of your preferred room, date and time on our real-time reservations calendar on your desktop or via the Proximity Mobile app.

  3. Select ‘book now’, and voila, you’re good to go! A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

    Remember! Your booking time is inclusive of any time you need to set up for your meeting, or clean up afterwards.
    Here’s an example: If your meeting is planned to run from 10 - 11am and you’d like to arrive 10 minutes early to connect your computer, pass out papers and prepare notes on the whiteboard, you’re going to need to book the room from 9:45 - 11:15am. If you forget to reserve time for setup and cleanup and enter the meeting room early / stay long, you will be charged in 30 minute increments for the additional time used and risk running your meeting back-to-back with other members using the space.
